Hi, Iβm Ivanna Schuls - Diaz
The founder of Blooming Psychology and currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I obtained my MS in Psychology with a Major in Mental Health Counseling from Albizu University in April 2023. I am passionate about utilizing cognitive therapeutic approaches to facilitate healing, resilience, and personal growth tailored to the unique needs and goals of my clients. Central to my practice is a deep commitment to empathyβ I believe it is the cornerstone of effective therapy. In my leisure time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and spending relaxing days at the beach. Above all, I cherish spending quality time with my family, which brings me joy.
My goal is to provide a nurturing and empowering environment where my clients can explore, heal, and thrive. I specialize in working with clients dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Transitions and Adjustments, Substance Abuse, Grief, and PTSD. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.
Together, we will develop coping strategies, gain insights, and foster personal growth to help you live a more fulfilling life.
